Peter has an operative background from Pharmacia Biotech, Amersham and GE Healthcare. He was general manager for Separations Division 1999-2006, and from 2006-2011, general manager for GE’s Life Sciences business which was acquired by Danaher in 2020. From 2011, he has worked as an entrepreneur with different companies and board roles. He is presently chairman in Färjsundet Industri AB and Sophion A/S, and a board member at Grönsöö Säteri AB.
